A Direction is claimed by the petitioner to the Caste Verification Scrutiny Committee Scheduled Tribe Aurangabad, to decide the proposal of the petitioner in respect of the caste claim within six months time. It appears that the validity certificate is required for admission process for diploma course. This Court is hereby directing to the Caste Scrutiny Committee to decide the claim of the petitioner within six months from today.

In view of this circumstances, the petition is allowed and disposed of.

No other relief is granted.
