Heard learned counsel for the parties.

The applicants point out various circumstances under which the delay has occurred.

Learned counsel for respondents, however, has reservation and are reluctant to accede to the request of applicant, stating that, explanation given is not sufficient. However, in any case, respondents are not in a position to challenge veracity of the reason putforth for condonation of delay. In the circumstances, I deem it appropriate that it would be expedient that the delay be condoned.
