In the light of that, writ petition is disposed of with liberty to the petitioner to avail of such remedy. All the contentions are kept open. In case, the appeal is filed, the application of the petitioner for release of the vehicle shall be decided, as expeditiously as possible, and preferably within a period of one month from the date of filing of the appeal.
