The learned counsel for the petitioner submits that the proposal is forwarded by the Head Master to respondent No.3 for opening the P.F. account in the month of December, 2019, but no decision has taken as yet.

Learned A.G.P. waives service of notice on behalf of respondent Nos.1 to 3.

In case the proposal is forwarded by the Head Master to respondent No.3, then respondent No.3 shall take decision on its own merits on the said proposal, in accordance with law, preferably within six months.
