At the outset, the learned APP has tendered across the Bar communication dated 26-11-2016 addressed to Principal Secretary, Home Department, (Jail), Government of Maharashtra by the Superintendent, Open District Jail, Paithan, District Aurangabad, wherein it is stated that prisoner No. C-4420 - Sainath Bhagwan Bhople has been already released on 26-11-2016 after completion of 14 years imprisonment. The communication dated 26-11-2016 is taken on record and marked

In that view of the matter, prayers made by the petitioner in instant petition are satisfied.
