The learned counsel for the petitioner submits that the petitioner was duly appointed as a Librarian from reserved Scheduled Caste category. He had worked for 10 days and thereafter was transferred to respondent No.5-School. The petitioner was not allowed to resume the duty. The petitioner had filed Writ Petition No.10680 of 2015, but on oral assurance of the Management, he had withdrawn the said Writ Petition. But except the petitioner, other persons were allowed to join the duties. 2.
The order passed by this Court dated 29.06.2016 in Writ Petition No.10680 of 2015 reads thus;

The learned counsel for the petitioners has tendered across the Bar a pursis signed by the petitioners. The same is taen on record. The learned Counsel for the petitioners seeks permission to withdraw the petition with liberty to avail an alternate remedy by approaching the appropriate forum.

The petition is dismissed as withdrawn with liberty as prayed for."

It appears that the said Writ Petition was withdrawn and liberty to avail alternate remedy by approaching the appropriate forum was granted.

It was for the petitioner to approach before the appropriate forum by availing the alternate remedy in view of the aforesaid order. It will not be appropriate to consider the grievance of the petitioner in the present petition.

The petitioner is so advised may avail the alternate remedy as admissible and permissible vide order passed on 29.06.2016 in Writ Petition No. 10680 of 2015.
