Learned counsel appearing for the applicant states that civil application no. 4966 of 2022 was filed for bringing on record heirs and legal representatives of deceased appellant no. 1. He states that proposed appellant no. 1-B is already on record in different capacity as appellant no. 8, however, the name of proposed appellant no. 1-B and appellant no. 8 differs in the description. The applicant will carry out the necessary amendment with respect to the same. Amendment to be carried out within a period of one week from today.
