Mr. Vibhute, the learned counsel for the petitioner submits that, validation proceedings in respect of tribe claim of the petitioner belonging to 'Mannervarlu' (Scheduled Tribe) is pending. The petitioner has completed the course, however, degree certificate is not issued and final result is not yet declared. The learned counsel further submits that, the petitioner has paid fees as applicable to the open category candidate. Full fees has been paid by the petitioner. 2.

The respondent No. 3/college though served, none appears for the respondent No. 3.

The validation proceedings in respect of tribe claim of the petitioner is pending since 2013. It is submitted by the learned counsel for the petitioner that, till date even vigilance is not conducted.

Considering the above, we pass following order. 5.

The respondent No. 4/Committee shall decide the validation proceedings in respect of the tribe claim of the petitioner expeditiously and preferably within a period of six (06) months from today. The petitioner shall appear before the Committee on 01st March, 2017. The respondent No. 3 shall not withhold the result of the petitioner's examination and other documents only on the ground that validation proceedings are pending. The writ petition is disposed of.
