The Petitioners have put forth a prayer that Respondent No.1 S.D.O. Kallamb should decide the pending appeal No.2023/ROR/ CR-79 within a timeframe.

Since the proceedings are instituted sometime in April 2023, we deem it appropriate to direct Respondent No.1 to decide the said proceeding by following the due procedure laid down in Law and by granting a reasonable opportunity of hearing to all the stake holders, within 90 days.
