ORDER:- 1.
The learned Counsel for the appellant - applicants, who are the original claimants, submits that though these appeals are filed by the respective claimants, but the dispute between themselves and the Acquiring Body is already settled in the Lok Adalat dated 12.11.2022. The Acquiring Body had also filed appeals, but in view of the aforesaid settlement, those appeals stood withdrawn.

Now, the learned Counsel for all the appellants in these five appeals seeks withdrawal of the same in view of the aforementioned settlement. Accordingly, all the appeals alongwith stand withdrawn and disposed of. The Court fees be refunded as per rule. The pending civil applications, if any, stand disposed of accordingly.
