The learned counsel Mr. Mr. Maheh Swami, holding for Mr. Patunkar, on instructions submits that parties have settled the dispute in another F.A. No.3700 of 2018 fled by the acquiring body in Lok-Adalat dated 12/11/2022. On perusal of copy of order dated 12/11/2022 passed by the concerned panel of Lok-Adalat, it appears that there was decree of compromise in the aforesaid F.A. No.3700 of 2018 whereby this appeal which was on stamp number at the relevant time was to be treated as withdrawn. 2.

Thereafter, the delay has been condoned on 15/11/2018 and the appeal is numbered. However, in view of earlier settlement between the parties before the Lok-Adalat dated 12/11/2022 in F.A. No.3700 of 2018, the present appeal stands withdrawn and disposed of.
