This is the Application by the Applicant - Claimant for condonation of 3510 days delay in preferring the First Appeal against Judgment and Order / Award dated 28.11.2012 passed by the MACT, Jalgaon in MACP No.651/2004.

Heard learned Advocate for the Applicant and learned Advocate for Respondent No.1. None for Respondent No.2, though served. 3.

The learned Advocate for the Respondent No.1 opposed the Application on the ground that, no reasonable grounds are mentioned in the Application and, hence the delay may not be condoned. 4.

Perused the Application. For the reasons mentioned in paragraph no.4 of the Application, the aforesaid delay is condoned and the Application is allowed in terms of prayer clause ' A', subject to condition

that, the Applicant shall not be entitled for the statutory benefits and interest for the said delayed period. The Office to register the Appeal. Civil Application stands disposed of accordingly.
