Petitioner's father is stated to have died way back in the year 2007. Though, it is submitted that for some intervening period Management had appointed her, since there was no vacancy she had to quit and in the wake of the vacancy as is obtained today, she is staking the claim for being appointed on compassionate ground giving her complete go by to the regular recruitment process.
