The applicant is seeking pre-arrest bail in Crime No.36/2015, rgistered at Narsi (Na) Police Station, District Hingoli, for offence punishable under Section 376 (2) (f) (n) of the Indian Penal Code, pursuant to a complaint dated 8th September 2015. 2.

The complainant Mangalabai is widow of brother of the accused. Taking undue advantage of her status, who was residing adjacent to the applicant, the applicant appears to have committed the crime in question. Perusal of the first information report and the other material prima facie depict the involvement of the applicant in commission of crime in question. The complainant has lodged the complaint after she has brought to notice of the applicant as regards her pregnancy and the assurance given by applicant for marriage.

In view of above, in my opinion, no case for grant of pre-arrest bail is made out. The application fails, stands rejected. ( N.W. SAMBRE, J.) vvr
