The learned A.G.P. accepts notice for respondent no. 1. Mr. Bhosale accepts notice for respondent no.3.

It is submitted that the petitioner has to appear for first year B.A.M.S. exam but the examination form is not been accepted, as validity certificate is not issued. The learned counsel for the petitioner states that validation proceedings is pending.

Mrs. A.V. Gondhalekar, the learned A.G.P. states that validation proceedings would be decided within four months.

Considering the above, we pass the following order:

ORDER

i) The respondent no.1-committee shall decide the validation proceedings in respect of the caste claim of the petitioner, expeditiously and preferably within four months.

ii) The petitioner shall submit the migration certificate as required. The respondent no. 3 shall not refuse to accept the examination form of the petitioner only on the ground that the validation proceedings are pending. They can take further course of action in tune with the judgment that will be delivered by the committee in the validation proceedings.

iii) The petitioner shall also comply with other deficiency, if any.
