This application is filed seeking condonation of delay of 60 days caused in filing Second Appeal challenging judgment and decree dated 13/04/2022, passed by learned District Judge-4, Jalgaon in R.C.A. No.44/2018.

Learned advocate for applicants submits that the delay is only of 60 days and for the reasons recorded in the application, the same may be condoned.

Learned advocate Mr. Madake vehemently opposed the application, stating that no sufficient cause is shown to condone the delay.

Considering the reasons mentioned in the application and the fact that delay is only of 60 days, the application is allowed. Delay of 60 days stands condoned. Office to register the Second Appeal. Application stands disposed off.
