Mr. Pawar, the learned counsel for petitioners states that, by Government Resolution dated 08th April, 2015 the Government has sanctioned grants to 123 schools for the disabled students. The said 123 schools for disabled students are accredited Grade - A by the Government. The learned counsel submits that, the petitioner schools are also accredited with Grade - A at various point of time. The petitioner schools comply with the statutory provisions as per the Government Resolution. However, still they are

We have also heard the learned Assistant Government Pleader.

Considering the above, we pass the following order. 4.

The petitioners shall make representations to the State with regard to the grants. The petitioners shall submit all the necessary documents required for the said purpose. On receipt of representations, the respondent State/authority shall take decision about the admissibility of grants to the petitioner institutions expeditiously and preferably within a period of four (4) months from the date of representations on its own merits, in accordance with law and policy. The writ petitions are disposed of. No costs.
