This is an application filed for extension of time to deposit the amount. This Court vide order dated 28th August, 2015 had directed the applicant to deposit Rs. 3,50,000/- on or before 05th October, 2015. The learned counsel submits that, the applicant is ready to deposit Rs. 1,00,000/- immediately and for remaining Rs. 2,50,000/- time be granted till end of November 2015. 2.

Initially itself I had granted time of more than five weeks to deposit the amount. Considering the above, I pass the

2 ca 12961.15 following order. Out of Rs. 3,50,000/- as directed to be deposited, the applicant shall deposit Rs. 1,00,000/- within a period of one weeks from today and remaining Rs. 2,50,000/- on or before 16th November, 2015. The civil application is disposed of. 3.
