The applicant has been arrested in connection with Crime No.0314/2021, registered with Sonai Police Station, District Ahmednagar, for the offences punishable under Sections 307, 326-A, 324, 323, 504, 506 read with 34 of the Indian Penal Code. 3.

Perused the First Information Report (FIR). The implicating role attributed to applicant herein is that the applicant was present armed with the bottle containing acid. He has not been alleged to have thrown the acid on one of the victims.

The learned APP informs that the injuries suffered by the victim are not grievous one.

In the fitness of things, the following order is passed.

O R D E R

(i) The application is allowed.

(ii) The applicant be released on bail in connection with Crime No.0314/2021, registered with Sonai Police Station, District Ahmednagar, for the offences punishable under Sections 307, 326-A, 324, 323, 504, 506 read with 34 of Indian Penal Code on his executing P.
