We have heard the learned counsel for the petitioner, learned AGP and Mr. Bolkar, the learned counsel for respondent No.3 University.

Result of the first year Engineering Course of the petitioner is withheld by the respondent University on the ground that validation certificate is not yet submitted. It is not disputed that the proceeding seeking validation in respect of caste claim of the petitioner is pending with the Committee. In the light of that, we pass following order:

O R D E R

Respondent No.3 University shall not withhold the result of the petitioner of the 1/2

956.odt first year Engineering Course and shall not refrain the petitioner from prosecuting further studies only on the ground that the validation proceedings are pending. Of course, the respondents can take further course of action in tune with the judgment that would be delivered by the Committee in the validation proceedings.

Writ Petition is accordingly disposed of. No costs.
