Perused the impugned judgment and order dated 16th July, 2015 in Sessions Case No.13 of 2013 passed by learned Addl. Sessions Judge, Biloli, and more particularly, the injuries which were found on the person of the injured.

4] Considering the short term sentence awarded to present applicant/appellant by learned Addl. Sessions Judge and the nature of injuries, the substantive sentences are hereby suspended.

5] During pendency of the appeal, the applicant/ appellant be released on bail upon his executing P.R. bond in the sum of Rs.20,000/- (Rs.Twenty Thousand) and also upon furnishing surety in the like amount.

6] The application is allowed and disposed of accordingly.
