Heard learned Counsel appearing on behalf of the petitioner. 2.
It is submitted before this Court that by an order dated 20th December, 2017, passed by this Court in Writ Petition No.14695 of 2017, the Education Officer (Secondary), Zilla Parishad, Beed was directed to take decision on the proposal seeking permanent approval of the appointment of the petitioner within a stipulated period of four months. 3.
Learned Asstt. Govt. Pleader, on instructions from respondent No.2 Education Officer Mr Bhagwan Sonawane, who is present in this Court submits that there is some delay in compliance of the order passed by this Court and for the delay caused for complying the order of this Court, respondent No.2 tenders his unconditional apology. 4.
Learned Asstt. Govt. Pleader placed on record a communication/order dated 15th November 2018, which is taken on record and marked 'X' for identification. Perusal of the said communication shows that the Education Officer (Secondary), Zilla Parishad, Beed i.e. respondent No.2 before this Court granted the proposal seeking approval. It is stated in the said communication that the approval is granted to the appointment of the petitioner to the post of Assistant Teacher along with the requisite pay scale.
(3) Learned Counsel appearing on behalf of the petitioner admits this factual position.

In view of above referred facts, it is clear that though there is some delay in compliance of the order of this Court, the order of this Court is now complied with and the grievance of the petitioner is redressed. As such, the petition is accordingly disposed of.
