Heard. The prayer in this petition is for directions to the respondent No.3 to register crime against the respondent No.4 under the Indian Penal Code and Information Technology Act. In our view, the petitioner has equally efficacious alternate remedy in the nature of application under Section 156(3) of the Code of Criminal Procedure. The petitioner may avail the same. With this liberty, the petition stands disposed of.
