Mrs. Mhase (Thube), the learned Counsel for the respondent Nos. 1 to 3 submits that the respondents have taken a decision to withdraw the entire tender process and to resort to the fresh tender process.

Mr. Deshmukh, the learned Counsel for the petitioner submits that this has been done by the respondent to frustrate the cause of the petitioner.

In case, the fresh tenders are issued and petitioner has any grievance about it, the petitioner will be entitled to agitate the
