1. We have heard learned counsel for petitioner. 2.

Learned counsel submits that to direct respondents No. 1 and 2 to prepare a concrete plan for development of Aurangabad City. 3.

Development Plan for Aurangabad, within the Municipal Limit is already vogue and fresh plans are also prepared. Development Plan is in existence as per the provisions of section 22 of the Maharashtra Regional Town Planning Act, 1966.

Considering the above, writ petition is disposed of. No costs. If petitioner is aggrieved by any part of the development plan, he can agitate the same in appropriate proceedings, as may be permissible in law. No costs.
