Accordingly, Civil Revision Application is disposed of as withdrawn with liberty to the applicant to institute an appeal against the impugned order.

The appellate Court, taking into consideration the period spent by the applicant before this Court, that is the period between date of institution of this Civil Revision Application and date of its withdrawal, for the purposes of computation of period of limitation in the institution of appeal.
