The learned counsel for the petitioners submits that the proposal is pending for grant of re-recognition to the petitioner no. 2/ school. The report is also forwarded by the Deputy Director of Education on 28.10.2016 to the respondent No. 1. Thereafter, the petitioners have also given representation to respondent No. 1 for grant of re-recognition to the petitioner no. 2/ school, but no decision has been taken as yet. Even though representation is filed on 24.06.2021, same is also not decided.

The learned A.G.P. accepts notice for respondent Nos. 1 to 5. Mr. Pulkundwar, learned counsel accepts notice for respondent Nos. 6 and 7.

In case, the proposal for grant of re-recognition to the petitioner No. 2/school is pending with respondent No. 1 (page nos. 84 and 85), then respondent No. 1 shall take decision upon it on its own merits, in accordance with law and policy, expeditiously and preferably within a period of six (06) months from today.

Writ petition is disposed of. No costs.
