The learned Counsel appearing for the respondent - Acquiring Body submits that the other applicants in original reference petition i.e. L.A.R. No.896 of 1999 have already withdrawn the compensation by giving undertaking and also by furnishing Bank guarantee. 2.

In view of this, the present applicants are also permitted to withdraw the amount falling to their shares by furnishing undertaking to the extent of 50% of the amount and permitted to withdraw the remaining 50% amount on furnishing Bank guarantee to the satisfaction of Registrar (Judicial) of this Court. 3.

Civil Applications accordingly disposed of.
