Heard Mr Choudhari, learned Counsel appearing on behalf of the petitioner.

The grievance of the petitioner is of non-compliance of the order of this Court, dated 21st September, 2017, passed in Writ Petition No.9599 of 2017. A copy of the contempt petition was supplied to the office of the learned Government Pleader. It seems that the office of the learned Government Pleader acted promptly and the affidavit-inreply is filed on behalf of respondent No.2 - Divisional Commissioner, Nashik Division, Nashik. It is stated that the order of the Division Bench of this Court is duly complied with within a stipulated period. The order passed on the application of the petitioner is also placed on record along with the affidavit-in-reply at annexure 'R-1'. 3.
Considering the aforesaid facts, it can safely be stated that the grievance of the petitioner no more survives. Needless to state that the petitioner, if having any grievance with the decision taken by the Divisional Commissioner, Nashik, dated 19th March, 2018, he is at liberty to take appropriate steps under the provisions of law, if so advised.
