The petitioner is aggrieved by the mutation entry carried out by the Tahsildar under Rule 10 of the Maharashtra Land Revenue Record of Rights and Registers (Preparation and Maintenance), Rules 1971. However, it has not been challenged in this petition. 2.

Now, Shri Karkare, learned Advocate clarifies that the order dated 13.8.2013, passed by the Divisional Commissioner, Aurangabad has been challenged. He submits that the impugned order is not on record in the petition paper book. He moved an application under the Right to Information Act, dated 15.7.2019, and that is still not decided.
