This is an application seeking permission to serve the Respondent Nos.3 to 13 by paper proclamation. 3.

The notices issued to Respondent Nos.4 and 13 have returned unserved as not residing on given address and notice of Respondent No.11 is returned unserved as having gone out of station. The office endorsement shows that Respondent No.3, 5 to 10 and 12 are already served, as such it would not be necessary to serve Respondent Nos.3 to 13 by paper proclamation. Only

Respondent Nos.4,11 and 13 would be required to be served through paper proclamation.
