This is an application for bringing on record the legal representatives of the respondent No. 2(3) with a prayer to condone the delay. 2.

For the reasons mentioned in the application, the delay which is of 147 days is condoned. The abatement is set aside. The proposed legal representatives are allowed to be brought on record of the second appeal. 4.

Learned advocate Mr. Kasliwal for the applicant seeks time to take steps in respect of proposed legal representatives of respondent No. 1. 5.

Civil Application No. 2744/2014 is for setting aside abatement qua the respondent No. 2(1) and 3(3) with a prayer to condone the delay. 6.

Though the request is made for setting aside the abatement and condonation of delay, in fact, in the selfsame application it has been intimated that the legal representatives of both of them are already on record in the form of respondent No. 2(2) and 2(4) and 3(1) and 3(2). 1/2
