This Contempt Petition is filed for non-compliance of the order dated 19.07.2021 passed by this Court in Writ Petition No. 7210 of 2021. By the said order, the Deputy Director of Education was directed to process the proposal of the Petitioner within a period of four months. 2.

It is submitted by the learned Advocate for the Petitioner that the said order has been complied with after a period of three years. He submits that such an approach by the concerned Respondent is contemptuous, and appropriate orders may be passed. 3.

Learned AGP for the contesting Respondent No. 4 submits that, although belatedly, the order of this Court has been complied with.

We have gone through the said affidavit. In the affidavit, he has stated that, due to administrative procedures, the order could not be complied with within the stipulated period. We deprecate such an approach by the said Respondent in complying with the order of this Court very late. The said Respondent has tendered an unconditional apology to this Court. We accept the apology, and since the order has been complied with, although belatedly, the Contempt Petition stands disposed of.
