Learned AGP submits that the order of which the petitioner is seeking execution has already been complied with by two separate Government Resolutions dated 30.11.2022 and 30.12.2022 granting approval to the petitioner to start G.N.M. course with intake capacity of 40 students and A.N.M. course with intake capacity of 20 students for the academic year 2022-2023. He submits on record a copy of both the Government Resolutions. Nothing survives. 2.

The contempt petition is disposed of.
