Learned APP for the State has tendered across the bar Government Resolution dated 10.11.2016 issued by the Department of Home, Government of Maharashtra, stating therein that the State Government has granted sanction to release an amount of Rs. 2,00,000/- (rupees Two Lakhs) in favour of Smt. Ratnamala widow of Shrirang Pawar i.e. petitioner herein, as ex-gratia payment. Same is taken on record. 2] Though the amount is sanctioned, the petitioner has apprehension that the concerned Department may not release the said amount immediately.

{2} 932 sr.no.odt 3] We direct the respondents to release the said amount as expeditiously as possible, however, on or before 9th December, 2016. So far as the other prayers in the petition are concerned, the petitioner to avail appropriate remedy, as available to her.
