None present for the respondent/acquiring body. 3.

Learned counsel for the applicants submits that in the same project, this Court, by order dated 14.07.2023, permitted the applicants/claimants to withdraw 75% of the amount of compensation deposited with proportionate interest. Hence, the order;

37-CA-11904-23.odt i) The applications are allowed.

ii) The applicants/claimants are permitted to withdraw 75% of the deposited amount to the extent of their share with proportionate interest on undertaking to the satisfaction of the learned Registrar (Judicial) that they would re-deposit the amount, if the impugned judgments and orders are reversed.

iii) The remaining amount be kept in fxed deposit receipt in any nationalized bank with renewal clause till fnal disposal of the appeals.
