Learned counsel for petitioner has brought to our notice order passed by the State Election Commission on 09.01.2017 directing revocation of order of re-registration on completion of necessary procedural formalities and on payment of amount of fine.

It is informed that petitioner is prepared to complete necessary procedural formalities and submit the required document to the State Election Commission and is also willing to deposit the amount of fine that may be imposed by the State Election Commission. It would be open for the petitioner to approach the State Election Commission with appropriate application expressing his willingness to comply with the deficiencies / necessary procedural formalities. On completion of procedural formalities and submission of required documents and
