The review application is filed in respect of decision given by this Court in Writ Petition No. 5686/2016. Today, the learned counsel for petitioner produced on the record the decision given in Writ Petition No. 9628/2010 by the Division Bench of this Court on 5.9.2011 and submitted that point involved in aforesaid petition is referred to the larger bench by the Division Bench and till the larger bench decides the matter, this matter ought not to have been decided. This contention is not acceptable. Matters involving election cannot be kept pending only because some part is referred to the larger bench. So, review application cannot be entertained. It is dismissed. Civil Application is disposed of.
