This application is filed for condonation of delay of 40 days in preferring Appeal against award passed in Claim Petition No. 159/2015 on 19.04.2018. It is the contention of Applicants that owing to the financial difficulties, Appeal could not be filed within time. Respondent No. 2 though served, failed to appear which indicates that he is not interested in opposing application.

Considering the uncontested reason given by

14-CA-12853-2018.odt the Applicants, delay of 40 days in preferring Appeal against impugned award stands condoned. Application is allowed in terms of prayer clause 'B'. Appeal be registered.
