The Petitioner prays that his transfer may be reconsidered on the ground of couple convenience. The policy is to keep a couple within 30 kms of each other. By his present transfer from Devgaon, Tq. Renapur to Anandwadi, Tq. Nilanga, he has been put away by 102 kms from his wife. 2.

He has tendered a representation dated 11.08.2023. Presently he is working at Anandwadi.

In view of the above, this petition is disposed off. Let Respondent No.3 consider the representation of the Petitioner and, if feasible and depending upon the vacancy available, the said representation may be considered in view of the Government Resolution dated 07.04.2021.
