Learned counsel for the petitioners submits that the petitioners have approached respondent No.3 by filing application seeking rental compensation. The same is pending since December, 2017.

Issue notice to the respondents. Learned AGP waives notice for respondent Nos.1, 2 and 3.

In case the petitioners have filed application with respondent no.3 and if the said application is pending with respondent No.3 (Exh.C page 84) for grant rental compensation, then respondent No.3 shall decide the same on its own merits, in accordance with law and after hearing all the parties concerned, expeditiously preferably within nine months.

Writ petition disposed of. No costs.
