After hearing the learned Senior Counsel for the petitioners as well as learned APP for respondent No. 1 for a considerable time, when this Court has expressed disinclination to grant any relief to the petitioners, learned Senior Counsel, on instructions, seeks withdrawal of the petition.

Under such circumstance, this petition stands disposed of. It will not be out of place to mention here that Criminal Writ Petition No. 975/2022 has been filed by the informant for directions to be issued for handing over the investigation to the Central Bureau of investigation.

The Criminal Writ Petition No. 1628/2019 is also filed by the informant for issuing directions to constitute special investigation team under the direct control of the Commissioner of Police.
