The learned AGP on instructions from respondent no.3 is producing copy of order passed on 26.08.2024. It is taken on record by marking as Exhibit 'A'. He submits that by this order decision has been given in respect of representation dated 15.07.2024 for increasing Dearness Allowance. He also makes a statement that the amount would be released whenever grants are received. Therefore, we take Exhibit 'A' as compliance to the order dated 02.08.2024 in Writ Petition No.8178/2024.
