The learned advocate for petitioner is insisting that in view of the observations by this Court, the Collector ought to have looked into the aspect of alleged financial assistance grabbed by respondent No.5 or anybody else, however, nothing has been done, though the fact was brought to the notice of respondent - Collector.

Here, it is to be noted that those were observations that too, giving a discretion to the District Collector to look into the aspect because there is use of the word `may'. There were no specific directions or thee was no specific order that was passed. Under such circumstances, no action under the Contempt of Courts Act can be taken. 5.

Petition stands dismissed at the threshold.
