Heard learned Counsel for the applicant and the learned Counsel appearing for respondent i.e. appellant Insurance Company.

Considering the contentions raised in the application for withdrawal of the amount and having regard to the objections raised by the appellant Insurance Company in challenge to the impugned judgment and award, I deem it appropriate to pass following order:

ORDER

1.

The applicants are, at present, permitted to withdraw 50 per cent of the the amount deposited by the appellant Insurance Company.
