1] Heard the learned counsel for the applicant.

The learned counsel for the applicant submits that this Court had directed the applicant to supply the spare copies within stipulated period. The applicant could not supply the spare copies as there are group of matters, therefore, the applicant forgot to supply the same. Hence, requested to restore the application. He also requested to condone the delay for filing the present application.

2] Considering the submission and the reasons mentioned in the application, the application is allowed.

1624.22CA The delay of 1204 days for filing the present application is condoned. The order dated 12th June, 2018 is recalled. 3] The appellant-applicant is directed to supply the spare copies within one week from today.

4] Civil Application is disposed of accordingly. 5] Issue notice to respondent no.3 in Civil Application No.3022 of 2017, returnable on 14th September, 2022.
