For the reasons stated in the application and in the interest of justice, delay caused in moving present application for bringing L.Rs. of applicant no.1A on record is condoned. The civil application is allowed in terms of prayer clauses B & C. Amendment be carried out within a period of two weeks from today. If amendment is not carried out within stipulated period, the matter shall stand dismissed as against applicant no.1A without reference to Court.
