2] After hearing both sides, learned counsel for respondent no.2 submits that no order on merit is necessary. Learned counsel for respondent no.2, on instructions, further submits that respondent

2 5-crappln5923-14.odt no.2 is ready to surrender before the concerned authority, so that he may be sent to the judicial custody, however, he may be allowed to apply afresh, after a period of two months, for releasing him on bail on the similar set of facts. 3] In that view of the matter, present application is allowed. The bail granted earlier to the present respondent no.2 - Shambhudev @ Pintu Mahadev Hange, is hereby canceled. He shall surrender before the concerned authority on 16th February, 2015.

4] Respondent no.2 would be at liberty to apply afresh to this Court for his release on bail, after a period of two months from the date of surrender.
