Mr. Karpe, learned counsel for the petitioners submits that the lands of the petitioners were acquired long back. They are unutilised. They have moved the authorities seeking re-allotment of the land. The learned counsel submits that, the petitioners would now prosecute their claim with the authorities referring to Section 101 of the Right to Fair Compensation Act, 2013.

In case the petitioners approach the authorities with request in tune with the provisions of the Right to Fair Compensation
