The petitioners are aggrieved by the purported encroachments made on their lands owned and possessed in Gat Nos. 44/1 and 44/2 at village Sheri Koldara (Vadzire), Tq. Parner, district Ahmednagar. 2.

We have considered the submissions of the learned advocate for the petitioners. The purported encroachers who are the private individuals, have not been arrayed as respondents in this petition. A private dispute of encroachment is brought before us. 3.

The learned advocate for the petitioners submits, on instructions, that the petitioners would approach the Civil Court for the redressal of their cause of action and for seeking injunction against the purported encroachers.

In view of the above, this petition is disposed off with liberty, as is available in law, to the petitioners.
